Hey everyone,

Welcome to my ninth newsletter, thank you to everyone who shared with their friends last week! Here are 7 things I think will add value to your life this week:

  1. I’m tired of habits posts that are unrealistic so made a list of 20 where there should be some you can easily add to your life.

  2. Oops, last week I messed up some of the links. If you were interested, this will take you to Matthew McConaughey’s book and this to the bestseller Thursday Night Murder Club.

  3. Ryan Fan is doing the one punch man challenge and has great advice on how to keep to a fitness regime.

  4. A little guilty pleasure this winter has been Strictly Come Dancing. One of the contestants is a former marine who suffered severe injuries. JJ Chalmers’s ability to bounce back is truly inspiring.

  5. This week the entrepreneur Tony Hsieh sadly passed away. He revolutionized online shopping with his focus on treating people like people. Here’s a tribute by Guy Raz.

  6. For people fascinated by psychology, here’s a great primer on mental models by Patrik Edblad.

  7. Here are 9 quotes from Bruce Lee for mindful growth.

Thank you for reading. Every week I’m going to dedicate this to someone and this week it’s to the farmers in India who are struggling to make a living.

Have a wonderful day!
